Guidelines

Stillwaters Lodge can be secured for day meetings as well as overnight stays. Check-in time for day groups is 8:00 a.m. with checkout time at 5:00 p.m. Overnight guests are welcome after 3:00 p.m. with check-out time at 11:00 a.m., unless prior arrangements are made.

We cannot accommodate pets at Stillwaters Lodge. Alcohol is not allowed on the premises and we ask that you do not smoke inside the lodge.

Reservations Policy

Please do not assume that your date is confirmed until you receive a confirmation letter from Reservations Central. A deposit is required after confirmation: $500 for overnight reservations and $150 for day conference rental. The deposit is not refundable unless the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of our confirmation. If you find it necessary to change a reserved date, please contact Reservations Central immediately.  Under certain circumstances, we will endeavor to reschedule your group within that same calendar year.
